Sheena O’Beirne is a qualified naturopath, nutritionist and yoga teacher. She has studied widely in her core areas and divides her time between private practice, yoga studios and public speaking.
Sheena’s philosophy is to reawaken the body’s inherent vitality by using the gifts nature has provided – fresh food, fresh air, water, sunlight and finding a way in these hectic times to relax at some level. When the body gets out of balance, and this imbalance shows up as illness, she uses natural therapies to restore it to normal.
